1. Egypt Protests: U.S. Citizen Among Three Dead

"The 21-year-old died from a stab wound to the chest as he was taking pictures in Alexandria, amid warnings of a 'civil war'" - SkyNews

"General Amin Ezzeddin, a senior Alexandria security official, said the American was using a mobile phone camera near an office of Mr Morsi's Muslim Brotherhood in the city's Sidi Gaber neighbourhood when it was being attacked by protesters.  He was rushed to a military hospital, where he died.

A second victim was shot dead during clashes in the city, while a third person died as protests also turned violent in Port Said.

The deaths come as leading clerics warned of "civil war" in Egypt after violence in the last week has left several dead and hundreds wounded.  They backed Mr Morsi's offer to talk to opposition groups ahead of mass protests scheduled for Sunday." . . . Read More

2. Obama Sticks It To His Father’s Birthplace

Kenya, the birthplace of Obama’s father and home to many of his African relatives, is bypassed on the Obamas' African trip

"Concerns about Kenya's political situation have trumped Obama's family ties. Kenya's new president is facing charges of crimes against humanity in the International Criminal Court, accused of orchestrating the violence that marred the country's 2007 election.

Ahead of Uhuru Kenyatta's victory earlier this year, a top Obama administration official warned Kenyans that their "choices have consequences" - a remark that now appears prescient given the president's decision to skip a stop in his ancestral homeland.

"The optics of that, [another term for Obama’s prized PR], of a presidential trip, are not what he wants to be demonstrating right now," said Jennifer Cooke, Africa director at the Center for Strategic and International Studies."  . . . Read More

3.  Obama Family Rolling In Your Dough

Obamas fly in, [remembering Michele complaining about the cost of piano lessons before the election of 2008], their preferred chef to make them pizza!

"'When you're the president of the United States, only the best pizza will do - even if that means flying a chef 860 miles.' Chris Sommers, 33, jetted into Washington from St Louis, Missouri, on Thursday with a suitcase of dough, cheese and pans to to prepare food for the Obamas and their staff.  He had apparently been handpicked after the President had tasted his pizzas on the campaign trail last autumn." . . . 4.  Marine’s Murder Conviction Is Overturned

“Marine’s conviction for Iraq cop killing overturned by top military court” – NewYorkDailyNews

"The court threw out the conviction of Sgt. Lawrence Hutchins after he was found guilty of leading a squad accused of kidnapping a retired Iraqi policeman, marching him to a ditch and fatally shooting him. The case had been overturned once by a court that found his trial was unfair because his lead defense lawyer quit.

Hutchins led an eight-man squad accused of kidnapping a retired Iraqi policeman from his home in April 2006, marching him to a ditch and shooting him to death in the village of Hamdania. None of the other seven members of the squad served more than 18 months.

The move is the latest in a series of twists and turns for Hutchins, whose case already was overturned once by a court that ruled his 2007 trial was unfair because his lead defense lawyer quit shortly before it began." . . . Read More

5.  Are Background Checks Now Racist Under The Obama Administration?

Re-Defining racial discrimination in America

"Question:  If you choose not to hire ex-cons are you a bigot?  Before you answer, consider a case you probably have heard nothing about – the case of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, a federal agency, against BMW (USA) and Dollar General.

The EEOC is suing those companies for allegedly violating the 1964 Civil Rights Act.  The EEOC has employed a strange new legal theory essentially arguing that criminal background checks are racist – or at least may be.

There is nothing in the 1964 Civil Rights Act that covers ex-cons.  But it does, of course, cover matters involving racial discrimination.  Here’s where the strange legal theory comes in:  Since blacks are convicted of crimes at much higher rates than whites, and since BMW and Dollar General rejected more blacks than whites for jobs because of their criminal convictions, the companies are, in the strange logic of the EEOC, guilty of racial discrimination." . . . 6.  ACLU To Obama

‘We are tired of living in a nation governed by fear’

"Under President Obama, the United States is 'a nation governed by fear,' the American Civil Liberties Union says in an open letter that echoes the criticisms Obama has made of George W. Bush’s national security policies.

'[W]e say as Americans that we are tired of seeing liberty sacrificed on the altar of security and having a handful of lawmakers decide what we should and should not know,' the ACLU writes in a statement circulated to grassroots supporters and addressed to Obama. 'We are tired of living in a nation governed by fear instead of the principles of freedom and liberty that made this nation great.'” . . . Read More

7.  Ohio State Offers Big Buck

. . . to halt church housing plan

"How about getting paid over $12.8 million to not build church-sponsored student housing? The deal sounded good to St. Stephen's Episcopal Church of Columbus, Ohio, where members received word this week that a June 12 property agreement with The Ohio State University was a go.

The Columbus Dispatch reported that as part of the agreement, the church will now drop its plans to build a 280-student apartment building on its property. The school also gets first dibs on purchasing any property the church might decide to sell in the future, the ability to offer input on future church projects, and the right-of-way to the street adjoining church property. The deal has been hailed as a 'win-win' situation by St. Stephen's rector George Glazier, who noted that the church has had a 'historic relationship' with Ohio State since the church opened in 1928." . . . 8.  ICE Agents Urge Senators

 Vote 'No' on Immigration Bill

"Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) National Council president Chris Crane, an ICE agent and former marine, urged U.S. Senators on Monday morning to vote 'no' on the repackaged version of the Senate 'Gang of Eight' immigration bill.

In a statement provided to Breitbart News, Crane said the bill in its current form would allow criminal aliens and gang members to get amnesty and put the safety the United States at risk.

'Senator Corker--a lead sponsor of the 1,200 page amendment being voted on today--has admitted that needed interior enforcement provisions are absent,' Crane said, specifically referring to how Corker admitted--as Breitbart News detailed--that this amendment he is cosponsoring does not help fix the problems. 'Senator Rubio, who promised ICE officers and Sheriffs that he would take steps to repair the bill’s provisions that gut interior enforcement, has abandoned that commitment. He directly misled law enforcement officers.'" . . . Read More

9. White House Study Finds Guns Save Lives

“Consistently Lower Injury Rates Among Gun Using Crime Victims” - JoeForAmerica

"To the surprise of the authors and those who would no doubt have used the report to further restrict access to personal defense firearms, the study found that gun ownership actually saves lives and those who have a firearm at their disposal improve their chances of survival and reduce their chance of injury in the event they are confronted by a violent criminal." . . . What will America look like under a second Obama presidency? If you don't have a clue, you better find one! Check alpha by state/city where this film is playing before November 6, 2012. Unofficial bio of Gerald R. Molen. A picture is worth a thousand words! This photo was not actually aT the White House, but, regardless of WHERE it was taken, the fact is that he cancelled the National Day of Prayer, said that we are no longer a Christian nation, and has no problem taking part in Muslim prayer. U.S. President Barack Obama bows to Tampa Mayor Pam Iorio at MacDill Air Force Base on January 28, 2010, in Tampa, Florida. Iorio had honored CAIR annually in Tampa with its own day in November 2008, acknowledging the large amout of Muslims living in the area. "Ayers, now a professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago, claims to abhor nostalgia ("Nothing is more boring than some old person going on and on about the way things used to be"). But he has been thinking lately about the past—both his and the country's—and soon he will likely be engaged in what he calls "a dialogue" about the sixties, the antiwar movement, and the radical life he led. The spur for this dialogue will be the publication of Fugitive Days (Beacon Press, $24), a memoir Ayers has written about the trajectory of his life, from a pampered son of the Chicago suburbs to a young pacifist to a founder of one of the most radical political organizations in U.S. history." Allow video to download and start in Window's Media player. “The North American jet that flew Obama and his traveling crew around for much of the primary season was refurbished with new seats and power for each passenger a must on the campaign trail. And the plane that once had an American flag on its tail now sports the Obama ‘O.’”
