If Alive, Could bin Laden Get Across Our Border?
1.) 'Saudi Approved': Environmentalists Mocked in Street Art Ahead of Forum
"Street artists launched a poster campaign Wednesday against high-profile environmentalists Ed Begley Jr. and Robert Kennedy Jr. ahead of an environmental forum hosted in Hermosa Beach.
The posters feature images of Begley and Kennedy wearing Arab head-dresses with the phrase “Saudi Approved” in large letters on the top and bottom. In Arabic text behind Begley is the phrase 'I love Arab oil,' while Kennedy’s poster includes the phrase 'Hello, ladies.'
Though the artists remain anonymous, they explained in an email to The Hollywood Reporter that they chose to lampoon Begley ahead of Thursday's forum due to a recent video sting operation by activist James O’Keefe in which Begley agrees to be a part of an anti-fracking movie that would be secretly financed by Arab oil money." . . . 2.) Meet The Professor Every Conservative Student Should Know About
"To summarize the biography and works of one Robert P. George would be to put in writing a wealth of wisdom and experience few can match. It is sufficient to mention that this Princeton University scholar is called by The New York Times 'The Conservative-Christian Big Thinker.' His insights are valued additionally so because he bravely speaks them from behind the walls of the Ivory Tower.
Defending Judeo-Christian values while securing tenure is no easy feat, but George, in this exclusive interview with The College Fix, explains how the quality of his teaching and scholarship allowed him to take root in the halls of the left-leaning academe as one of the most outspoken voices for the Right." . . . 3.) Army Finally Rules Ft. Hood Slaughter Was An Act Of Terror
"After a hard-fought battle by lawmakers, the U.S. Army announced Friday that the victims of the Fort Hood shootings in 2009 will receive Purple Heart medals and the civilian equivalent, the Defense of Freedom awards, and the benefits that accompany them.
The 13 people killed and 32 injured by a Muslim extremist, who was also a U.S. soldier and psychiatrist, had been denied the recognition until Congress passed legislation, and the president signed it, last year that put them on a par with the victims of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
'The Purple Heart’s strict eligibility criteria had prevented us from awarding it to victims of the horrific attack at Fort Hood,' said Secretary of the Army John McHugh in announcing the decision." . . . ClashDaily
4.) Under Obama's Watch A Stunning Hate Of Christians: California Supreme Court Attempts To Ban State Judges From Volunteering With Boy Scouts
"Last week, the California Supreme Court voted to bar any California state judge from belonging to youth organizations that 'invidiously discriminate,' apparently with the Boy Scouts of America in mind. This policy is the latest example of ideologues using government coercion to force public servants to conform their private lives to government ideology—or resign from public service.
Because the apparent purpose of the change in the ethics code is to discourage membership by judges in groups that have conservative views about sexuality, the code violates the spirit—and probably the letter—of both the First Amendment and the California constitution." . . . DailySignal

5.) Obama Administration Lackey Continues To Heap Hate And Bigotry On American Christians
"Mohamed Elibiary has become a favorite punching bag of anyone pointing to the Islamist influence in the Obama administration. He’s done much to bring the attention on himself, as he openly hates conservatives, Christians and anyone who might stand against Islam or Obama. There is a long train of racists, bigoted comments that he’s spewed, and most of them have been saved for posterity by the world wide web. Patrick Poole of the PJ Tattler was kind enough to round up a wide range of Elibiary’s abuses in a recent article." . . . EagleRising
6.) Small Business Owners Forced To Battle IRS Over Seized Bank Accounts
"Andrew Clyde, a Navy veteran who served in Iraq, started his small firearms store in Athens, Ga., in the 1990s. Over the years, he watched his business grow. And then, on April 12, 2013, two IRS agents swooped in and seized nearly a million dollars from his company's bank account.
Clyde was on the wrong end of a murky federal program that allows agencies to seize assets they suspect could be tied to criminal activity -- even without actual criminal activity. The soft-spoken small businessman joined others in recalling their ordeals before a House hearing on Wednesday, where IRS Commissioner John Koskinen also testified.
Koskinen, who apologized to those snared by the IRS practice, assured that the agency stopped seizing assets without clear wrongdoing in October. But the law that allowed Clyde and others to be targeted is still on the books." . . . FOXNews

7.) Mr. Obama’s History Lesson
"He could have told his audience that Christianity went through a reformation – and that moderate Muslims need to lead a reformation too. The President of Egypt has called for just such a reformation. But our president didn’t talk about that at the Prayer Breakfast.
And he could have pointed out that Europe had a Renaissance; that it went from the Dark Ages into the light – and that the Arab world has had no such Renaissance, but desperately needs one. He didn’t do that either.
If Mr. Obama had to reach back so many centuries to make a point, his critics may be excused if they think he was making a case for moral equivalence between what some Christians did centuries ago and what some Muslims are doing today. It’s interesting that Mr. Obama has no problem talking about “terrible deeds” committed “in the name of Christ” — but can’t bring himself to say that today there are “terrible deeds committed in the name of Mohammed.” Why is that?" . . . BernardGoldberg
8.) Committed Christian? Obama's Religious History Unmasked
"WND CEO Joseph Farah interpreted Obama’s remarks as an excuse of Islam, by drawing an equivalence between the current murderous reign of terror perpetuated by Muslim radicals and long-past misdeeds by Christians long-since condemned by virtually all Christians.
Marc Thiessen, former chief speechwriter for President George W. Bush, was incredulous, stating on Fox News Thursday evening, 'It was evangelical Christians who fought slavery and Jim Crow. It was William Wilberforce who led the campaign against slavery. It was Martin Luther King who fought (segregation.)'
'With all due respect, the Crusades were almost a thousand years ago. The Inquisition was in the 15th century. ISIS is burning people alive today. Now. Not Christians,' he added." . . . WND
9.) The American Church Has Some Big Problems
"That the American Church has problems is no surprise. Critics of the Church, many of whom have never actually taken an active part, have hurled pot shots at the Church since its inception. Churches are led and comprised of sinful, fallen people. Accordingly, there will be imperfections, shortcomings, failures, etc. Name an institution managed by people that does not have the same pitfalls.
That said, the current Church in America not only has problems; it has BIG problems. I’m talking about problems that are so huge they threaten the very survival of not only the Church itself, but of our nation, as well.
During the Twentieth Century, liberalism pretty much killed America’s mainstream denominational churches; and legalism did the same thing to America’s fundamentalist conservative churches.
In mainstream denominational churches, the rejection of the veracity of the Scriptures, the repudiation of essential Biblical doctrines, and the reception of liberal social agendas sent people by the millions fleeing these fellowships. Virtually every mainline denomination has been losing membership for decades." . . . WesternJournalist
10.) Terrorist Muslim Brotherhood Forming Political Party in U.S. Thanks to Obama
"'With Barack Obama in office, you knew this was eventually going to be true. Just prior to the dissolving of the Muslim Brotherhood as a political party in Egypt and the declaration of the group to be a terrorist organization last year, the Muslim Brotherhood decided start flexing their muscles in the United States. Last year, the US Council of Muslim Organizations (USCMO), an open Muslim Brotherhood front group, began to build a political party straight out of Barack Obama’s stomping grounds of Chicago, Illinois. Now, it’s in full swing.
The organization that established the political framework is composed of the designated terror group Hamas-CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations) and six other terrorist tied organizations. The groups involved in the USCMO are as follows:" . . . GodFatherPolitics

11.) Litigation Jihad: Muslim Workers Sue Hertz Again, This Time Ror “Islamofauxbia”
"Bear in mind Hertz has been exceedingly generous to their Muslim workers. And the Muslim response has been this endless war of litigation and attrition. Hertz provided prayer rooms, rugs and prayer break times. Not good enough.
Back in 2011, I reported that Hertz had was forced to suspend 35 Muslim workers because they were abusing their extra special 'prayer break times' and refusing to clock out when praying. There was no way of knowing when their Muslim workers returned from their lengthy prayer breaks — five times a day. Muslim workers officially filed a lawsuit against the Hertz rental car company.
Hertz rental car company, facing a religious discrimination suit by 25 fired Muslim drivers, said on Thursday it would “vigorously defend” itself in a dispute involving prayer breaks at its Seattle airport office.
Hertz says the drivers, all of them Somali natives, refused to clock in and out for the 10-minute paid breaks they took twice daily, as required under their union contract, and abused their breaks by failing to return to work promptly. That was back in 2011. Now this. A bogus 'islamophobia' lawsuit." . . . PamelaGeller
12.) Obama Orders Kerry To Appoint Openly Gay Envoy To Spread LGBT 'Gospel' Worldwide
"The United States will appoint an openly gay official as a special envoy to promote the rights of lesbians, gay, bisexual, and transgender people overseas, the U.S. State Department said friday.
Having conquered America for the LGBT Movement, Obama and company now set their sights globally. US President Barack Obama has instructed Secretary of State John Kerry to appoint an openly-gay ambassador to take the LGBT 'gospel' around the world. Obama’s goal of turning America into Babylon seems to be well within reach at this point.
State Department spokeswoman Marie Harf said U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry would 'soon' make the appointment. 'It will be an openly gay foreign service officer. We don’t have a finalized name yet. But we will announce soon,' Harf said." . . . NowTheEndBegins
13.) New York Times: Bruce Jenner A 'Role Model,' Chris Kyle 'Insane'
"Two recent op-eds in the New York Times provide an interesting juxtaposition of dissonant perceptions of heroism and psychological health. Bruce Jenner's recent announcement that he is undergoing surgical and hormonal treatment to 'transition' into a female (and document that in a docu-series), we are told, is the courageous act of a true 'role model,' while decorated Iraq war veteran Chris Kyle's behavior is "insane" 'by virtually any standard.'

14.) UC Berkeley BDS Champion: Jewish Students Too Rich And Too White
"On Sunday, the University of California Students Association voted on divesting from companies that do business with Israel. In the time slot dedicated for UCSA representatives’ comments, UC Berkeley graduate rep. Imam Sylvain accused the pro-Israel Jewish student body of being too rich and too white:
This might sound really harsh, but I really want us in the audience to check our privilege because I feel like what I saw this morning really reflects economic inequities. Just the ability to mobilize so many students with T-shirts and banners. I wish there was equal representation, and I wonder how much that reflects across these oceans. Isn’t this what we are really talking about?" . . . TruthRevolt

15.) OMG! U.S. Government Plans To Cull 11,000 Oregon Birds To Save Salmon
"The federal government has plans to kill nearly 11,000 double crested cormorants on a small Oregon island over four years in an effort to save embattled salmon, The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers said on Friday.
The plan, in the form of a final Environmental Impact Statement, is under review. If it gets final approval, state agriculture workers could be shooting birds and oiling nests, a process used to keep chicks from hatching, by spring.
The plan is preferred over another alternative that calls for the killing of 18,000 birds by 2018, U.S. Army Corps spokeswoman Diana Fredlund said.
'This is a difficult situation,' she said. 'We are trying to balance the salmon and steelhead vs. the birds. It’s very difficult to find the right answer and so it’s taken us a long time. We’ve had a lot of experts working on it.'
The corps also looked at alternatives that included hazing the birds to get them off the island, but Fredlund said that would just shift the problem elsewhere.
'We don’t want to just shoot them off the island and let them be somebody else’s problem. This is a regional problem,' she said." . . . YahooNews
16.) Samsung’s Eavesdropping TV: Today's Creepy Privacy Policies That Are Right In Your Living room
The potential privacy intrusion of voice-activated services is massive. Samsung, which makes a series of Internet connected TVs, has a supplementary privacy policy covering its Smart TVs which includes the following section on voice recognition (emphasis mine):
