The Army Turtle And The Black Widow Spider Of The New York Times
Many of you already know the story of the turtle and the spider.
If you remember the spider had convinced the turtle to give it a ride on its shell across a river. This was in spite of the turtle's concern the spider might bite it while crossing. However the slick and venomous spider convinced the turtle that no harm would come to its being, reasoning to its newly chosen transportation . . . Well heck, if I did that both of us would drown!
But as we know about progressives, like this spider, they would rather die on their sword than admit their ideology is flawed and dangerous, their passion centered on power to control others while systematically smothering the spirit of liberty, individualism, and the right of one to pursue their own happiness. And that is why the spider so easily broke its promise and bit the turtle while it crossed the river.
The turtle asked, feeling the poison flow into its blood stream, "Why did you bite me if you knew we were both going to drown?"
The spider replied with great confidence cloaked under a smile of knowing evil intent, "Because it's in my nature!"
That turtle today stands for all those who serve in our United States military, while the spider represents much of our mainstream media along with the spineless senior editors of the New York Times. They have allowed the Grey Lady to become a willing servant to the new socialist-run Democrat Party lead by a radical mentored in early life by Communists grandparents and then from there never knew a free ride he didn't like.
I say spineless because the New York Times recently wrote, among other things, that it was concerned that Bergdahl, (the deserter brought back to the United States and traded for several Taliban officers returned to the Middle East to fight again), would not get an honorable discharge if convicted. Once freed the Times posed how would Bergdahl get a job? Soon after Breitbart released this new headline about the Times' article:

Breitbart, after contacting the Times about its deletion reported the following: The only response we received was to justify the edit without noting the change.
So while this nonsense was going on by the socialists in the Obama administration supported by his obedient media, I received the following message passed to a retired pilot of what was happening overseas with our military via an American aviator stationed there. The message was verified as authentic. I was also advised, with concerned for the writer, that the message's content in no way could reveal the identity of its author, of whom I have no idea of his/her name or specific location.
So if you think Bergdahl is important, that story is just the tip of the iceberg when compared with Obama's directives to our military structure revealed in reading this aviator's observation posted below of what was seen happening on the ground with ISIS in the Middle East.

"Sounds like Vietnam all over again with military operator's hands tied by politicians. I heard much the same thing from a very experienced F-16 pilot in a presentation to one of my aviation organizations.
The squadron is doing fine. Everybody is happy to be here and we are doing some good work. The A-10s are holding up well and the technology we have have on the jets now (targeting pods, GPS guided bombs, Laser Guided bombs, Laser guided missiles, tactical data link, satellite comm's), and of course the gun, make the A-10 ideal for this conflict.
We are killing off as many ISIS as we can, mostly in ones and twos, working with the hand we are dealt. I've never been more convicted in my career that we facing an enemy that needs to be eradicated.
With that being said...I've never been more frustrated in my career. After 13 years of the mind-numbing low intensity conflict in Afghanistan, I've never seen the knife more dull. All the hard lessons learned in Vietnam, and fixed during the first Gulf War, have been unlearned again. The level of centralized execution, bureaucracy, and politics is staggering.
I basically do not have any decision making authority in my cockpit. It sucks. In most cases, unless a general officer can look at a video picture from a UAV, over a satellite link, I cannot get authority to engage.
I've spent many hours, staring through a targeting pod screen in my own cockpit, watching ISIS shitheads perpetrate their acts until my eyes bleed, without being able to do anything about it.The institutional fear of making a mistake, that has crept into the central mindset of the military leadership, is endemic.
We have not taken the fight to these guys. We haven't targeted their centers of gravity in Raqqa. All the roads between Syria and Iraq are still intact with trucks flowing freely.
The other night I watched a couple hundred small tanker trucks lined up at an oilfield in ISIS-held northeast Syria, presumably filling up with with oil traded on the black market, go unfettered. It's not uncommon to wait several hours overhead a suspected target for someone to make a decision to engage or not. It feels like we are simply using the constructs build up in Afghanistan, which was a very limited fight, in the same way here against ISIS, which is a much more sophisticated and numerically greater foe. It's embarrassing.

If you remember President Nixon was impeached only for a cover up of a break-in at the Democrat National Committee (DNC) on June 17, 1972, at the Watergate Complex.
The wreckage to this nation's foundation and traditions by Obama is nothing when compared to a simple break-in gone bad in the 1970's for a party that was headed to embrace the socialism of Saul Alinsky, later taught by Obama and fawned over by a young Hillary Clinton now ready to run for president in 2016.
Obama is the only one who has the infamous designation of starting his journey into office as the first crotch-salute president in the nation's history, a candidate that gave the described salute as seen on the left during the playing of our National Anthem at a Democrat fundraiser in Iowa in 2007. The Democrats, whose base was now exclusively represented by the progressive ideology of orgs such as MoveOn, the DailyKOS, ASNE and MediaMatter, obviously loved his open dissing of patriots.
And that was just the first step of Obama's promised fundamental transformation to the United States of America, a Harvard-educated radical who couldn't even pronounce the word "corpsman" nor cared. That simple revelation proved Obama knew zero about the world's greatest military he was about to command, handed to him through too many American voters that looked forward to future handouts through a Cloward & Piven driven federal government, already well indoctrinated by America's own fascist-driven media. It was the perfect storm for a take over of a willing nation.
OMG, don't we all wish that Obama had only broken into the GOP's national office?
To gain even more power Democrats had made it a profession on how to cover each other's back no matter how heinous the deeds. Remember the Senator from Illinois, Dick Durbin, referring to our troops as Nazis then coming back to the Senate looking for forgiveness with crocodile tears?
Obama's Oath of Office, provided by our esteemed Supreme Court in 2008 and 2012, now walks all over our Constitution, the court's approval of Obama's leadership over the last six years coming from the silence of the nine. One writer asked in 2009, frustrated with the court as if it no longer existed, Does the Supreme Court Still Sit? We can still ask the same question six years later.
But I think in 2015 it no longer matters. The court has chosen to make itself irrelevant to the backbone of our Republic. It might as well serve in Sweden's multiculture flawed environment for all the good it has done here in protecting our traditions.
For without traditions how is a country different from its neighbors, its boundaries blurred with its indifference to its past and those who had fought to protect its unique principles? As Lech Walesa, the 1950's Polish Freedom Fighter and winner of the Noble Peace Prize, said in his visit to America in 2010 and of course ignored by Obama, America is no longer the moral leader of the world.
