The Obama administration says Islamic State's persecution of Christian minorities in Iraq and Syria is not genocide. The point where it is accurate to term it as such 'has not been reached,' White House spokesman Josh Earnest said at a press briefing.
Asked whether Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) is practicing genocide in its extermination of Christians in Syria and Iraq, Earnest said: "My understanding is the use of that word involves a very specific legal determination that has at this point not been reached.

'We have long expressed our concerns with the tendency of – well, not a tendency – a tactic employed by ISIL to slaughter religious minorities in Iraq and in Syria,' he added.
'But we have been quite candid and direct exactly about how ISIL's tactics are worthy of the kind of international, robust response that the international community is leading. And those tactics include a willingness to target religious minorities, including Christians.'
Now, we know that Obama has had very good spokesliars speak on his behalf. Earnest is no different than Jay Carney.
The fact that Barack Hussein Obama Soetoro Sobarkah will not relate any of the behavior in the Middle East in which jihad is occurring as Islamic is enough to tell the tale of whose side he is on and what his real religion actually is. It's the same totalitarian religion as his Islamic brothers. It has zero to do with Biblical Christianity, despite his claims otherwise.

However, genocide does apply to what is taking place in the Middle East, especially in Iraq. In 1948 the United Nations Convention of the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide stated that genocide is "acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnic, racial or religious group," including by means of "killing members of the group."
In 2015, the UN's Committee on Human Rights reported:
"The acts of violence [by IS in Iraq and Syria] perpetrated against civilians because of their affiliation or perceived affiliation to an ethnic or religious group … may constitute genocide."
In a resolution that was adopted by the European Parliament in April of 2015, the group acknowledged:
"Christians are the most persecuted religious group; whereas extremism and persecution of this nature is emerging as a significant factor in the growing phenomenon of mass migration; whereas according to data the number of Christians killed every year is more than 150,000."
So, it appears that people all around the world, including the anti-American, anti-Christian UN, can see that genocide is taking place in the Middle East by the followers of Islam, but the Obama administration cannot bring itself to call the despicable acts Islamic, nor are they willing to reference the annihilation of Christians in the Middle East genocide.

His views shed light on the world view of German multiculturalism: Migrants who assault German women and children are simply rebelling against German power structures. Germans who criticize such assaults are racists.
- Police in Cologne received more than 1,000 complaints from women, including 454 reports of sexual assaults, related to New Year's Eve. Police in Hamburg received complaints from 351 women, including 218 reports of sexual assault that took place on the same evening.
A mob of asylum seekers from Afghanistan assaulted three teenage girls at a shopping center in the northern German city of Kiel. The attack — which occurred over two-hours on the evening of February 25, and mirrored the mass assaults of German women in Cologne on New Year's Eve — shows, once again, that public spaces in Germany are becoming increasingly perilous for women and children.
Police reports show that sexual violence in Germany has skyrocketed since Chancellor Angela Merkel allowed more than one million mostly male migrants from Africa, Asia and the Middle East into the country. But the crimes are being played down by German authorities, apparently to avoid fueling anti-immigration sentiments.
Police in Kiel say the assault began at around 5:30 pm, when two Afghan males (aged 19 and 26) began stalking and photographing three girls (aged 15, 16 and 17) at a food court in the Sophienhof, a large shopping center near the city's central train station.
After posting photographs of the girls on social media, the two men were quickly joined by at least 30 other migrants who began collectively to harass the girls in a Muslim "rape game" known in Arabic as "taharrush" (al-taharrush al-jinsi, Arabic for "sexual harassment").
When police arrived, the migrants, rather than running way, began verbally and physically abusing the officers, some of whom were injured. It took police two hours to restore order. The initial two perpetrators, asylum seekers from Afghanistan, were arrested; the other migrants involved in the incident remain at large.
At a news conference on February 27, police spokesman Oliver Pohl revealed that more women are now coming forward to report similar experiences at the Sophienhof."

This shocking video, shot on March 3rd of this year, shows you how much Muslims love to intimidate non-Muslims. Thousands sitting and kneeling on a public Brooklyn street, bowing their heads repetitively as the announcer drones the few words over and over again. “A-laaa-hu-akbar…A-laaa-hu-akbar”. Just coincidentally, I am sure, this is the exact same phrase that Muslim terrorists scream out before committing acts of mass terrorism.
The real question you need to be asking is not why are Muslims praying, why are the praying on a public sidewalk, shutting the entire street down in the process? Isn’t that what their mosques are for, to assemble in large groups and pray to their god? Why is this being done in large numbers outside?
Last year, a huge group of Muslims took over another sidewalk out front of a movie theater, making it impossible for anyone to get past or to enter in to any of the stores they were blocking.
Also last year, in Los Angeles, hundreds of Muslims simply commandeered the street to ‘pray” to their god as you will see in the video below.
