The U.S. Post Office Created A Stamp With A Photo Of President Obama And His Mission Of Hope And Change.
 

 

However the Postal Service noticed that the stamp was not sticking to envelopes, falling off before it reached its destination. This obviously enraged the White House, staff members demanding an immediate and full investigation.

After weeks of testing and $1.73 million invested in the nationwide study, the presidential commission released its findings:

1.) The stamp, available on rolls and sheets, was in perfect condition when handed to the customer in the post office. No defects could be found.

2.) After much chemical testing, the commission was advised there was nothing wrong with the quality of the glue.

3.) That left only the customer, which the commission discovered was spitting on the wrong side of the stamp.
