Retired Lt. General McInerney On 9/11 "Hammer" Project
"Hammer" hardware development is reported to have been originally meant for foreign surveillance after 9/11, its software design for use in foreign elections to subtly change voting numbers during election day. The CIA after Obama's 2009 election then rewrote the software to work in America's elections, starting with Obama's re-election in 2012.
The interview below then took place BEFORE the November 3rd election, General McInerney reporting that on election day it would look like Trump was winning and then suddenly later in the day votes would come flying in to change the outcome. And that is exactly what it did!

A hardware, referred to as "Hammer," was put into place after 9/11 for surveillance in foreign elections. It is reported that the very sophisticated related software was then redesigned decades later by the CIA right after Obama took office in 2009. It was given the code name "Score Card." It's purpose was to now affect domestic vote count literally "on demand" of the day of the election to guarantee DNC wins.
It was reported by McInerney the new software was first used in Obama's re-election in 2012. He said it wasn't used in 2016, but cannot reveal why for security reasons. He now warns in this pre-November 3rd video that the software is ready for the upcoming presidential 2020 election. He said as it looks in the late day that Trump is winning, the software will kick in, moving votes away from Trump to Biden, and never beyond 3% to stay undetected.
Note that retired General McInerney is a retired three-star general who served in Vietnam. He also served as a FOX military consultant for over 15 years.
This news story was reported to being actively scrubbed away from the news by the mainstream media and social media in an attempt to bury it during the election.

The Federalized National Guard were pulling around the clock duty in at least 16 states to trap these monsters. All the swing states currently involved in the theft are on the list.
The SCOTUS ordered all ballots received after the deadline in PA be segregated from those received on time.
There will be a ballot audit. Recounts are conducted by the same people/election boards as the first count. Audits are conducted by armed fraud investigators.
