The People's Contract with the GOP

We believe the people of the United States of America do not need new documents. We have everything we need in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States to pursue our God-given rights as a free people. Our forefathers, whom had placed their lives on the line for our future liberties, were smarter than you or I. Through sweat and determination, they established everything we need to defend the conservative values that established this Republic. We therefore need not apologize for them.

The information below exhibits some ideas to pursue in 2011 to bring our ship of state back on course again. All we need to secure America's future are conservative Constitutional candidates who will respect and honor the documents heretofore mentioned. No other litmus test of documentation is needed for us to rescind the false leadership of others who would lead us astray from our roots.

101 Constitutional Questions To Ask Candidates

 

Section I: GOP majority in the House, January 20, MMXI

A. Immediate action taken to repeal ObamaCare (should it be signed into law) by both (a) congressional action and (b) process unconstitutional aspects through the courts; (c) A bill should be processed and prepared for the new president's signature to repeal national health care on Inauguration Day, 2013. (d) Any aspects of Obamacare that cannot immediately be reversed by House and Senate action should be denied funding.

B.  (a) Remove all Obama appointments that had prison terms or had not paid their taxes when nominated. (b) An immediate order to stay all of Obama's executive orders, starting with his suspension of the Mexico City policy. (c) Prohibit enemy combatants access to the Civilian Justice system and restore the limitations on their rights that have been exercised by every administration prior to the Obama Administration.

C. Congress resends its automatic pay raise and gives the added salary back it gave to itself at the beginning of 2010 when the unemployment rate was at 10.2%.  Congress shall end automatic pay raises and enact a roll call vote for any future pay raises.

D.  Investigate HR-4173 sponsored by Barney Frank.  In part it gives the Treasury new authority to place non-bank financial firms into receivership. Repeal HR-4173.

E.  Reign in Fannie and Freddie, which are reported to hold 48% of America’s mortgages.  A determination also needs to made how many mortgages are destined to go into foreclosure when new ARMs interest rate takes effect in 2011.

F.  Congress shall get out of the business of regulating salaries and bonuses.

G.  Investigate AARP for defrauding its membership. Investigate CEO for working with Diane Ty and international socialist youth group Youth Noise. (Why was she a consultant to the AARP, which serves senior citizens? Ty has also worked with Andy Stern of SEIU, concerning indoctrination of America's youth.) 

H. (a) Keep Bush tax cuts in effect. (b) End the inheritance tax.

I.  Investigate Nancy Pelosi and pork money that has funneled to her husband’s business.  (Ref: Judicial Watch had filed a complaint.)

J.  Begin efforts immediately to defund any portions of TARP money that has not yet been spent.

K.  (a) Investigate tolerance of radical Muslims in the US military. (b) Investigate Obama’s military appointments that promote political correctness and tolerance of same.  (c) Pass laws that allow for immediate dismissal of radical Muslims from the military or from high security level government jobs. 

L.  Investigate Obama’s military appointments who promote political correctness and tolerance of radical Muslims in our military.  Have them removed immediately from service but with pensions.  Also investigate those officers who harassed our Navy Seals who captured the terrorist who had murdered North Carolina citizens and hung their burned bodies from a bridge.  If Retired Lt. Col. West is elected from Florida to the House, put him in charge of the investigation.



Section II: GOP President, January 20, MMXIII

A.. Immediate signature on Executive Orders that either undo or stay all of Obama's executive orders, starting with his Interpol EO affecting President Reagan's EO and including the suspension of the Mexico City policy on Inauguration Day.  This should be done immediately after the swearing in ceremony.

B. The President will immediately sign the bill to repeal ObamaCare on Inauguration Day, if that is available to him or her from Congress.

C. (a) All spending measures from Obama's term in office shall be immediately put on hold by executive order. (b) Congress shall begin to cut off funding that is not benefiting the taxpayer.

D. Stop the Internationalism of America that has been (a) enacted by Obama and (b) approved in the European Union.

E. Immediate federal funding cut off to any organizations that have been shown to be engaged in election fraud or tampering.

F. Investigate Obama’s Czars and what activities they were involved in that violated the U.S. Constitution; work shall be done in conjunction with Congress.

 

Redrawing the Republican Road Map

  1. Start cutting the bloated government bureaucracy.  Mandate a one-third cut within the next five years—no extensions.  I suggest starting with the Department of Energy—which was started under Carter, to supposedly end America’s dependence on foreign oil.  “Today nobody knows what it does….”—but it’s big, and costs taxpayers a lot of money.  (Link)
  2. Start working on passing the 28th Amendment —“Congress shall make no law that applies to any citizen of the United States that does not apply equally to all US Senators and Representatives….”      (Link)
  3. Examine repealing the 17th Amendment, and then start legislative action to have it repealed.  Have each state’s US Senator answer to his or her state legislature, and forbid any out-of-state contributions.      (Link)    (Link)
  4. Examine abolishing the federal income tax, and then start legislative action to have it abolished.  Repeal the 16th Amendment if needed. The US can get along just fine without blood-sucking federal taxes, and a Frankensteinian IRS.  Screw the Progressive Marxist/Fascists that started the whole thing.      (Link)
  5. Work to put God back into government, the courts, and culture.  I would suggest reading the Bible—or other holy scripture—or if you’re of a more secular bent, read Dinesh D’Souza’s charmingly profound “Life After Death” (you should at least read the chapter “Good for You”).  (Link)
  6. Outlaw lobbying and lobbyists.   Don’t tell us it can’t be done.  JUST DO IT!  Start with the hedge fund lobbies—the MFA (Managed Funds Assoc.) in particular.      (Link)    (Link)
  7. Stomp out “political correctness.” We need to recognize the trampling of free speech when it bites us on the butt.  Trash this anti-American Maoist bulls—t. (Link)
  8. Secure our borders—especially the border with Mexico, of course—and start deporting all illegal invaders.  They are here AGAINST THE LAW, for God’s sake.  Continue to encourage LEGAL immigration, but this illegal “immigration” must stop.  If they start out in America by dissing our laws, we don’t want them anyway.  No more anchor babies!  (Link)  and (Link)
  9. Enthusiastically support pro-life.  Call “pro-choice” what it is—pro-murder.  Overturn that unconstitutional garbage, Roe vs Wade. (Link)
  10. Support tort reform.  Outlaw frivolous, wasteful, or exorbitantly expensive, lawsuits.  Cleanse Congress and the courts of litigious lawyers.  (Link)
  11. Audit and disband the Fed.  It’s a secretive big banking cabal, that totally bypasses “we the people.” (Link)

Investigate and stop, US taxpayer money going to fund seditious, anti-free-enterprise agencies, such as ACORN.  If an agency works against the US, or preaches against the US, then no way do they get taxpayer money—let George Soros support them.  No more tax breaks for “churches” that preach hate and sedition.  (Link)
  14. No more earmarks, no more exorbitant congressional life-time pensions (make it retro), and no more accepting contributions from the Saudis, or other Islamist fronts—make it law.  (Link)
